Tech Theatre Class is a week-long class which introduces young people to various aspects of technical theatre. Students receive and introductory survey course in the vocational skills necessary to become professional theatre technicians. Topics include: Costume, Lighting, Props, Scenic Building and Painting.

Please note that space is limited to 20 participants per group in order to ensure maximum personal attention.
A limited number of scholarships are available for students in need through The Jordan Ressler Endowment Fund and The Roberto Quiñones, Jr. Scholarship Fund. An additional limited number of scholarships are available for students who have an immediate family member who is either serving in or a veteran of the US military through the David C. Parents and students of YPA & YPW are encouraged to meet at the Playhouse for an orientation prior to the beginning of each program. T-shirts and schedules of activities will be distributed to participants at this time.
Orientation for all YP@LJP programs will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017.
