MY cupcake would not be light and ffufly, but a rather dense batter..something that would remind me of a cupcake baked in greatgrandmother’s kitchen the old fashioned way, very homemade orange cupcake. The batter would be flavored with a package of orange Jello sprinkled in to add the intense flavor of orange. The frosting would be a creme cheese butter frosting with lots of orange zest for flavor and color. YUM!!
